The analysis during the project phase in maintenance solutions allows for a thorough perception of the global project needs through its entire life cycle. Not only provides an evaluation of the required operations but ensures a review of the relevant costs and risks. This analytic approximation contributes to an increased organization structuration, evaluates the adoption of constructive solutions with respect to operations and maintenance and adapts the required performance both in design as in maintenance model approach strategy.
Making use of RAMS methodology, i.e. Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety, we evaluate the project Life-cycle Cost (LCC) compared to its availability (A). The successful implementation of this standard in our customer projects has successfully shown to reduce the amount of required resources thus minimizing downtime and costs.
